About me
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine and am nationally registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I am also an accredited member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA).
I spent the first part of my life living and working in my family’s nursing home, which gave me a unique perspective on the realities of aging and the challenges it brings. This experience shaped my understanding of health and inspired me to pursue Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). While aging is inevitable, I view TCM as an art form that nurtures longevity and helps maintain quality of life, even as the years progress.
My dedication to this centuries-old medicine is reflected in my ongoing commitment to learning. I participate in external internships and receive mentorship from some of the world’s leading Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners.
I believe in the body’s innate capacity to heal and regulate itself. Acupuncture serves as a gentle yet powerful tool to support this natural process, offering effective care with minimal side effects. By addressing the root causes of health concerns and integrating both traditional wisdom and modern insights, I work collaboratively with my patients to restore balance and achieve lasting wellness.
